ShieldMatter provides engineering-informed fabrication and material recommendations. Performance estimates, including radiation attenuation, are based on theoretical models and material properties unless otherwise specified or validated through testing.

Radiation shielding solutions are custom-designed for each application and are intended for laboratory, research, and training use only. These products are not certified for medical use and are not intended for use on patients.

All components are custom-fabricated. Orders are considered final upon approval and are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Sintering and densification processes may be performed through qualified external partners depending on material and application. While quality control is conducted prior to sintering, ShieldMatter does not have full control over external processing steps and therefore does not guarantee outcomes related to sintering performed by third parties. Lead times may vary depending on partner availability.

Production timelines begin upon payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
